Making book trailer videos is a fun hobby of mine. Many people ask how much time I spend on my videos and I honestly have to say I spend about two, maybe three days tops on each one and most (maybe 85%) of that time is spent editing the footage and cutting it all together to music. I usually make all my videos using iMovie on my MacBook Pro laptop or if I want to get really fancy with timing and special effects then I'll use Abobe After Effects. For the most part I'll try to make a book trailer for every book I've worked on and if I wasn't able to do a book trailer for a particular book it wasn't because I didn't like the book, but rather, I just didn't have enough time to get around to it.
